I am interested in improving my DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY techniques … where is the best place (ONLINE) I can learn … and much better if it is free .. hehehhee
Any suggestion for a good reference book?
I know some interesting sites. Maybe you find help there.

i would suggest joining http://www.flickr.com and join some of the digital photography groups on there. there are some really nice helpful people. you can post your photos and get some really great feedback both pos and neg.
