Technically they are the same in that the majority is studio based and involves a subject and studio lighting.

In fashion though the clothes are the "subject" rather than the model.
In glamour the model is the subject and often they have minimal if any clothes on.

Lighting is often very similar whichever you are shooting although glamour tends to "flood" the subject more.

glamor photography usally involves women in seductive lingerie, in suggestive poses, with a romatic setting like a bed as a backdrop and soft lighting.

Fashion photography is a genre of photography devoted to displaying clothing and other fashion items. Fashion photography is most often conducted for advertisements or fashion magazines such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, or Allure. Over time, fashion photography has developed its own aesthetic in which the clothes and fashions are enhanced by exotic locations and story lines or could be having great models with different vehicles or animals just to be an eye catching effect.

Pretty sure fashion photography focuses on the clothes, while glamour photography focuses on the person.
